2025 Summer Interns

We are excited to welcome our 2025 summer interns — Olivia Hutchinson, Tucker Niles, and Sierra Houston — as they begin their journey with us at Alabama Ag Credit!

Sierra is a recent graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Biology, Marketing, and Communications. As someone who comes from over six generations of farming, Sierra brings a deep-rooted passion for agriculture and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry. She’ll be spending her summer with our Marketing Team, where she will help implement marketing strategies, create communication pieces, direct video content, and assist with events. This immersive experience will also allow her to engage with key influencers in the agriculture sector and build relationships across the Farm Credit System.

Olivia, a junior at Tuskegee University majoring in Agribusiness with a concentration in Management and Marketing, joins us as one of our General Interns. Alongside Tucker Niles, a junior at Auburn University studying Ag Business and Economics as well as Conservation Science, Olivia will rotate through multiple departments throughout the summer. Their experience will begin with a focus on marketing analysis and outreach, followed by time with our Relationship Managers and Appraisers to learn about customer engagement and loan evaluation. As the summer progresses, they’ll shift to the credit department to explore underwriting and loan review, before concluding with insights into IT and accounting, where they’ll see how strong internal operations drive our success. Tucker and Olivia both share a growing passion for ag and are excited to learn more about how ag impacts every step of the journey from farm to consumer.

At Alabama Ag Credit, we are proud to invest in the next generation of ag leaders by providing hands-on, real-world experience across our organization. From marketing to credit and everything in between, our internship program is designed to inspire, educate, and empower future professionals in agriculture and finance.

Sierra, Olivia, and Tucker — we’re excited to see the growth, learning, and impact you’ll bring this summer!
