We are pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Satcher to Executive Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer, effective July 1, 2026.

Matt joined Alabama Ag Credit in 2013 and most recently served as Vice President of Information Systems, where he led our technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. In his new role, he will oversee our technology, data, cybersecurity, and digital transformation strategies, helping position Alabama Ag Credit to meet the evolving needs of our customers, employees, and rural communities.

Over the past several years, Matt has played a key role in modernizing our operations through technology-driven solutions, data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. Under his leadership, we have implemented performance dashboards that provide greater transparency across the organization, streamlined operational processes, and expanded the use of AI tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Matt is recognized throughout the Farm Credit System as a leader in technology and digital transformation and is frequently invited to share his expertise with peer associations and industry partners. He has represented Alabama Ag Credit and the Farm Credit System at numerous conferences and events focused on innovation and the future of financial services.

Before joining Alabama Ag Credit, Matt spent 12 years managing information technology systems for a domestic and international insurance company. He holds bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Mississippi. His experience, strategic vision, and commitment to innovation will help us continue leveraging emerging technologies to enhance customer service, improve operations, and advance our mission of serving rural Alabama.
